1 All cause death benefit: Receive surrender value, or the benefit amount up to the policy year in which the insured dies, whichever is higher.
2 Receive additional benefit in the event of accidental death: Receive the rider sum assured up to the policy year in which the insured dies. The rider sum assured is equal to 50% of the base sum assured.
Tax Benefit
Premium of life insurance plan are eligible to tax deduction up to THB 100,000 per annum (according to conditions prescribed by the Revenue Department).
Premiums of Accidental Death Benefit Rider 88/8 are not eligible for tax deduction.

This is a life insurance product. It is not a bank deposit. To get the maximum benefits from insurance policy, the insured should continuously pay the premium through to the end of the premium payment period and holds the policy until the end of the policy contract. If the policy is terminated before the end of the contract, the insured may not receive cash benefit in the amount equivalent to the maximum policy benefit he/she is entitled to, or in the amount equivalent to all premiums paid.

“PRU infinity 888 extra” is the marketing name of “PRU savings insurance plan 88/8 (5) (Non-Par)” and “Accidental Death Benefit Rider 88/8”.

The company will not cover

In the event of non-disclosure or misrepresentation, the company will terminate the contract within 2 years from the effective date or renewal or reinstatement of the insurance policy or the approval date to increase the sum assured (only for the increased part).

In the event of suicide within one year from the policy effective date or renewal or reinstatement or the approval date to increase the sum assured (only for the increased part), or the insured is murdered by the beneficiary.

Examples of exclusions under Accidental Death Benefit Rider*
- Any action of the insured when under the influence of alcohol or addictive substance or drugs to the extent where the insured is unable to maintain their consciousness.
“Under the influence of alcohol” means having a blood alcohol level of 150 milligrams percent or higher when a blood test is conducted.
- Suicide, attempted suicide, or self-harm.
-While the insured is riding a motorcycle as the rider or a passenger.

The insured is responsible for paying premium. An insurance agent or broker that accepts a premium payment by the insured is solely for the purpose of providing service to the life assured.

The insured has a right to cancel the policy within 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy document. The insured will get the remaining premium after deducting the company’s expenses of THB 500 and health checkup fee (if any).

The insured has a right to surrender the policy. And the insured will receive the surrender value as specified in the policy value table and other benefits (if any) after deducting any amounts owed to the company (if any).
