Prudential Thailand joins hand with UNICEF Thailand and Department of Health, MoH,

    On January 28, 2023, UNICEF Thailand together with Department of health, MoH organized a training and knowledge-sharing workshop on the topic of the breastfeeding counseling program in Thailand. UNICEF Thailand invited Prudential Thailand to share our experience with online customer excellence and technical expertise on effective customer engagement and chatbot program to help build the capacity of the 30+ nurses who volunteer in the program.

    The activity was a part of the partnership agreement with shared values between UNICEF, Prudential Thailand, and the Prudence Foundation to improve early childhood development in Thailand, which demonstrate our commitment to drive positive changes in Thailand and help Thai people to get the most out of life.
