Student Bank & Disaster Preparedness (Year 1)

2 November 2012 – Recognizing the importance of youth and education, Prudential Thailand led a team of volunteers to join the rebuilding efforts at a school in Ayutthaya province, which was badly affected by floods.

23 volunteers from Prudential Thailand travelled to Wat Huay Jarakhae School in Ayutthaya province to help repair school buildings and turn old refrigerators into book shelves. Moreover, volunteers helped teach around 150 school children to learn about basic money management skills and know how to prepare themselves when natural disasters happen.
