FAQs

How can customers claim the health privileges with partner hospitals and clinics?

Customers can make an appointment in advance by phone and show proof of being a Prudential customer to the hospital or clinic staff on the day of receiving the service in the form of PRUCare Card in LINE OA.

 

  • Bumrungrad Hospital - Make an appointment at least 3 - 5 days before receiving the service by calling 02 011 3111

  • Phyathai 2 Hospital - Make an appointment at least 2 days in advance by calling 1772 or 02 617 2444 4701, 4732, 4733

  • Newton EM Physiotherapy - Make an appointment at least 1 - 2 days in advance by calling 099 553 9445

Until when can customers use the services offered under the health privileges?
  • Bumrungrad Hospital - Customers can use the service until 31 March 2022

  • Phyathai 2 Hospital – Customers can use the service until 31 March 2022

  • Newton EM Clinic - Customers can use the service until 30 April 2023

How can customers redeem health privileges at the hospital or clinic?

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Add us on our LINE official account @PrudentialThailand

  2. Click on “PRUConnect” and log in.

  3. Enter your 13-digit identification card number or your passport number.

  4. Agree to the terms and conditions of PRUConnect usage.

  5. Enter your mobile number for receiving your password. Click “Next.”

  6. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and proceed.

  7. Enter your email address.

  8. Once registered, you will see PRUConnect page. Click “My Policies.”

  9. You will see your existing policies. Select by clicking on any policy.

  10. You will see your PRUCare Card and policy details.

  11. When you would like to claim your privilege with our hospital or clinic partners, simply show the PRUCare Card to the staff at the hospital or clinic on the day that you receive the service.

Can customers receive the services offered by the health privileges during the waiting period* after purchasing a policy?

Customers can use the service during the waiting period* as they are considered to be Prudential customers during this period.

 

*Note: The waiting period is the period during in which the policy buyer or the insured are still unable to make a claim under the policy. Depending on the policy, this could last from 30, 60, 90 to 120 days.

Can customers claim for reimbursement at the hospital or clinic after receiving the service?

Customers will not be able to claim for reimbursement at the hospital after receiving the service and will have to make a payment directly to the hospital or clinic

What types of customers can enjoy the health privileges at the hospital or clinic?

Health privileges under this campaign are reserved for Prudential customers holding a policy in the form of Ordinary Life Insurance, or in the form of savings, unit-linked, and health supplement (HS and HA) types, as well as company group insurance holders. Health privileges under this campaign cannot be redeemed by group insurance customers (credit type).
