Prudential Thailand named The Best Contact Centre of the Year 2022
Along with 10 other prestigious awards for both corporate and individual categories

Bangkok, Thailand, 18 October 2022 Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Prudential Thailand) has been named "The Best Contact Center of the Year 2022" by The Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA), along with the other 10 prestigious awards for both corporate and individual categories, demonstrating the company's ongoing commitment to deliver the best possible services and experience to all of their customers and become the No. 1 in the hearts of customers.

The awards were based on a strict criterion for contact center service and business administrative ability, as well as recognizing the outstanding work of staff within an organization, which is the key to establishing standards and consistency in terms of quality customer service.
