Prudential Thailand wins three prestigious awards from the Insurance Asia Awards 2023

Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) PCL (Prudential Thailand) has received prestigious awards, including Domestic Life insurance of the Year – Thailand, Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year – Thailand, and Health Insurance Initiatives of the Year - Thailand at the Insurance Asia Awards 2023. These three awards underscore Prudential Thailand's leadership in the Thai life insurance industry and its commitment to providing first-rate customer service by leveraging digital technology at every turn.

The Domestic Life Insurer of the Year – Thailand reflects Prudential Thailand’s achievement in steady and outstanding growth rate in the life insurance business in Thailand throughout 2022, with improvements in customer experience measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS), a tool used to measure customer satisfaction and engagement with the organization, at 53 points. In terms of employees in the organization, Prudential Thailand also received an employee engagement score of 87%, an increase of 11% over the previous year, and a Wellbeing score of 82%, an increase of 25% over the previous year leading to higher employee satisfaction and productivity.

For the Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year – Thailand, this award recognises Prudential Thailand’s achievement in digital development to provide full customer service through the Digital Platform. For example, we have filled out application and upgraded the policy issuing procedure for customers, which provide them with immediate coverage with Straight-Through-Process (STP), which enables customers to get policies in an electronic form (e-Policy) conveniently within 10 minutes anywhere, anytime 24 hours a day.

For the Health Insurance Initiatives of the Year - Thailand, it is an award that we are very proud of as it highlights Prudential Thailand’s leadership in the life insurance industry in Thailand, who focuses on providing accessible services by being the first life insurance company to design life and health insurance products for families, allowing family members to share health coverage with up to 5 family members / 1 policy. This develops and upgrades health insurance by allowing multiple household members to access maximum benefits at the family level.
