Prudential Thailand organized the "Agency Kick Off 2025: Muscle Up, Excellence Unleashed" event, attended by Mr. Bundit Jiamanukoonkit, Chief Executive Officer, along with Mr. Don Charnsupharindr, Chief Commercial Officer, and Mr. Anucha Pingkarawat, Director of Agency at Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or Prudential Thailand. The event aimed to enhance capabilities and expand the agency force through the PRUSmart Program, which includes four courses:

PRUSmart Agent: Sales training from basic to professional level

PRUSmart FA: Professional financial advisor training

PRUSmart Leader: Sustainable sales team management and expansion training

PRUSmart GA: Training for general agency office owners and financial advisors
Additionally, the event promoted various sales contests and activities throughout the year, such as the ABCD Club, President's Club, MDRT Annual Meeting, PRU MDRT, Mid-Year Conference 2025, and many other activities to improve service quality and deliver a great customer experience. The event was recently held at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel.
