Chef’s Table
  1. The e-voucher worth THB 2,000 can be used to pay for Chef’s Table restaurants, and any amount exceeding that will need to be paid by the customer. ​In case of a purchase is less than the voucher value, change cannot be given. ​

  2. The Dome at lebua has established specific dress codes and policies.

SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE:​​

    • Male Guests: Collared shirts, such as polos or button-downs, as well as t-shirts, tailored shorts, covered shoes, and loafers are welcome.​​

    • Female Guests: Elegant tops, blouses, t-shirts, dresses, skirts, and tailored shorts of a respectable length, paired with dress sandals, are appropriate.​​

    • Please note that athletic wear, swimwear, sleeveless shirts for male guests, flip-flops, and beach slippers are strictly prohibited.​​

    • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CHEF’S TABLE, PINK BAR & MEZZALUNA – SMART ELEGANT ATTIRE: ​​

    • Men: A higher standard of dress is required, including collared shirts and long trousers. T-shirts, sleeveless clothing, shorts, and caps are not permitted. Long jeans may be worn if paired with fully covered shoes.​​

    • CHILDREN: Children of all ages are permitted at Sirocco and Breeze. For Mezzaluna, Chef’s Table, Sky Bar, and The Flute Bar, children aged seven and above are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Distil Bar, Alfresco 64, lebua No.3, and Pink Bar are strictly 20+ establishments. Please note that all dress codes and policies apply to all guests including children​.

  1. PHOTOGRAPHY : We invite you to capture memorable moments during your visit. Photography is permitted in most areas of our establishments, with the exception ofthose marked with signage. Tripods, extension poles, and external flash units are not allowed. ​​

  2. LUGGAGE : To ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all guests, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing backpacks, shopping bags, suitcases, or other large luggage items. Luggage storage is not available at this time.​​

  4. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT : The deposit is required for the guaranteed reservation. It will be adjusted against dinner at the restaurant. Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking until this deposit has been received.​​

  5. Any reservation made by a guest/company can be amended or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without incurring any charge.​​

  6. Any cancellation, no-show, or change made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of the deposit which will be applied without any prior notice.​​

  7. CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT POLICY:​

    • For reservations on special event dates such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, and Valentine’s Day, as well as for group reservations at our restaurants and bars, a non-refundable deposit of 100% is mandatory and must be paid in advance.​​

    • Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to other reservations or alternate events or functions in the case of cancellation or no-show. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.​​

  8. When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-voucher to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company.​​​

  9. You will be personally liable to the service provider for any expenses other than the privilege offered by the company.​​​

  10. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items.​​​

  11. Campaign period valid from 1 Feb - 31 Dec’25 (Blackout Date: 14 February, 15 December 25 - 5 January 26)​

  12. We reserve the right to use e-voucher or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed.​​​

  13. The terms and conditions for using the e-voucher and special discounts are as specified by the service provider.​​​

  14. The terms and conditions for privilege redemption are as specified by the company, and the company reserves the right to change them with prior notice.​​​

Nawa Thai Cuisine
  1. The e-voucher worth THB 2,000 can be used  to pay for Nawa Thai Cuisine  restaurants, and any amount exceeding that will need to be paid by the customer. ​ In case of a purchase is less than the voucher value, change cannot be given.

  2. Two rounds at 17:45 and 20:30 (Nawa Thai Cuisine  offer a maximum of 26 seats per round).

  3. If you have any allergies or ingredients you need to avoid, please inform Nawa Thai Cuisine   at least one day before your visit.

  4. Nawa Thai Cuisine  are unable to accommodate requests to exclude seafood, garlic, shallots, onions, or spicy ingredients, as they are used in the base preparation of many of our dishes.

  5. Nawa Thai Cuisine  are happy to hear your special requests. Please contact Nawa Thai Cuisine  prior to your reservation date. Without advance notice, we might not be able to fulfill your request.

  6. Please ensure you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice or after the last order time (9:00 PM), the reservation will be automatically canceled, and refunds or dining services will not be available.

  7. Dress Code : Smart Casual

  8. For birthdays or special occasions, Nawa Thai Cuisine  can include a message along with a small candle on the dessert. You can request up to 20 characters in the English alphabet. Please leave your request in the special instructions.

  9. Nawa Thai Cuisine   welcome guests aged 4 years and above. (Nawa Thai Cuisine   provide a kids menu.)

  10. Nawa Thai Cuisine  charge 1,000 THB per 720 ml bottle and 2,000 THB per magnum or spirit bottle. The same bottles of sparkling wine, champagne, sake, wine, and spirits that we provide cannot be accepted as corkage.

  11. Priority is given to customers who make reservations first, and we allocate seats based on popular preferences. Please understand that specific seating requests may not be guaranteed.
